Today, groups of Year 11 students had the incredible opportunity to hear from Akke Rahman, a mountaineer who grew up in Oldham and the first British Muslim to conquer Mount Everest in 2022. British Science Week at TRS
TRS was bustling as it celebrated British Science Week from March 10–14, 2025. Students celebrated the wonders of science through a range of activities, anything from engineering challenges to explosive experiments to a spectacular planetarium visit.
