Our Year 9 and Year 11 students had a fantastic opportunity to explore their future options today as we welcomed over 16 local employers, apprenticeship providers and further education institutions to our TRS Careers Fair.
The event brought together a wide range of organisations from across the local area, giving students the chance to find out more about different careers, explore further education and apprenticeship opportunities, and speak directly to people with experience in their chosen fields.
For our Year 11 students, the Careers Fair provided a valuable opportunity to gather information and advice ahead of the November college application deadline. With important decisions approaching, students could ask questions, explore courses and learn more about the pathways available to them after leaving The Radclyffe School.
Our Year 9 students also benefited from the experience as they begin thinking about their future options. Meeting with employers and education providers helped them understand how different subjects can link to future careers and the opportunities available beyond school.
Events like this play an important role in helping our students make informed decisions about their next steps. Having the chance to speak directly with local employers and education providers can open up new ideas, build confidence and help students see the possibilities ahead of them.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all the employers, apprenticeship providers and further education institutions who joined us today. Your time, support and willingness to share your knowledge helped make this a valuable and inspiring experience for our students.
