At The Radclyffe School we have a Medical Room where First Aid Trained staff are able to administer both prescribed medications and over the counter medications to help support your Child’s health and attendance. All consent forms must be completed and signed by child’s parent/carer.
Consent forms are also available to download online and can be printed, signed by a parent/carer and handed in to Mrs Hindley along with the medication(s).

Medications can only be given if provided and consented to by parent/carer. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure medications are available if your child has a long term medical need.
