Satchel:One is our Home Learning Platform. It is where teachers will assign any home learning to students. Parents/carers will also be able to see any home learning that is set for their child/ren in Satchel:One once they have signed up for an account.
There are two ways to access Satchel:One, either using the FREE Satchel:One app which is available for Apple and Android devices (links below) or through a web browser.
For students and parents/carers who have a device that you can install the app on we recommend that you download and use this, as it is the easiest way to access any home learning you/your child have been set. The app also allows you to receive push notifications direct to your device when home learning is set, as well as the night before and on the morning that your home learning is due to be completed (if it hasn't already been handed in).
For those students and parents/carers who are unable to install the app on their device, Satchel:One can also be accessed via a web browser on any web enabled device using the link below.

Step-by-step guide to student login to the Satchel:One app
First, download the Satchel:One app from your device's App Store (Links to Apple App Store and Google Play Store are above)
Once you have downloaded the app and opened it for the first time you should be greeted with a screen similar to the image below.
In the search box, type in "The Radclyffe School" or "OL9 0LS" and click the magnifying glass button.
From the search results, select "The Radclyffe School OL9 0LS"
You will then be presented with a login screen.
Students must login using the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Office 365" buttons. Other methods of signing in will NOT work for students. If prompted, students must enter their school email address in the format [email protected], replacing XXXXX with their Rad number (e.g. [email protected]). When prompted for a password this is the same password students use to login to computers in school.
Parents can login with their email address or username if they have already setup a Satchel:One account to view their child's information at The Radclyffe School. If we have sent you a pin or parent code, select this option and follow the instructions to fully setup your account. If you require a parent code to access your child's Satchel:One account please email [email protected]
Please note that in order for students to complete any work they must be logged in as themselves, not using a parent account. Parent accounts are only able to view assignments that have been set or completed and are unable to complete assignments.
Once you have logged in to the app it should keep you logged in, until you log yourself out.
Step-by-step guide to login to the Satchel:One website
Navigate to https://theradclyffe.satchelone.com/
Students must sign in with the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Office 365" options. Other methods will NOT work for students. If prompted, students must enter their school email address in the format [email protected], replacing XXXXX with their Rad number (e.g. [email protected]). When prompted for a password this is the same password students use to login to computers in school.
Please be aware that the first time you try this you may get a warning message in your browser saying "Pop-ups blocked". Select the option to "Always allow pop-ups and redirects for https://www.satchelone.com" and click "Done".
Parents/Carers using Satchel:One for the first time should click on the "Parent" button, then the "I don't have an account" option and enter their email address and the parent code supplied by school. You may also have to tick the "I'm not a robot" option, then click "Sign up". If you require a parent code to access your child's Satchel:One account please email [email protected]
You will be asked to confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the student(s) linked to your account at school and that you have permission to view information about them on Satchel:One. Please also accept the terms and conditions.
You will then be asked to enter your full name and and create a password to use with Satchel:One. You will need to enter your password again to confirm it.
Once you have successfully complete this step and clicked "Save" you will be signed into Satchel:One with the welcome message below:
On future visits to the https://theradclyffe.satchelone.com/site you will just have to click on the "Parents" button and then enter your email address and password, then "Log in".
