Please see below for the details of how to access your school email account and send an email to your teacher
Firstly, please note. You must always use the school email service appropriately and responsibly. If there is any evidence of misuse then you will have your access to school email removed.
As all students have a school email account, students must not send email to school from their personal email accounts (e.g. GMail or Hotmail). Staff are only able to respond to any emails received from students if they come from their school email account. The only exception to this is if you are struggling to access your school account and have emailed [email protected] for assistance.
How to login
Click the “Login” button at the top of The Radclyffe School website.

Login using the same details you use to login to school computers.

Once logged in, click on the Email icon in the “Apps” section of your personal homepage.

You will then be presented with a login screen for your email account. Here you should enter your school email address which is your username followed by @trs-mail.co.uk (e.g. [email protected]). Then click “Next”.

You will then be redirected to “The Radclyffe School” login page where you will be asked to enter your password. This password is the same one that you use to login to school computers or Frog. Click “Sign in”.

You will then be presented with your email inbox. This will contain any emails you have been sent from the school, your class teacher or any third party resources that the school subscribes to (e.g. password reset request emails)

Emailing your teacher
To email your class teacher click on your name in the top banner to go to your profile page, then scroll down to the “Staff Contact List” section which is beneath your latest grades. You will also see a list of your teachers when you first logon to the intranet. The names of all your teachers will be listed here. Click on the name of the teacher you would like to email.

A new email window will then open with the email address of the teacher you selected previously already filled in. You should then type in a “Subject” for the email and write your message below. You can also attach documents to send to your teacher if necessary. Once you have finished writing your email, click the “Send” button (an image of an envelope in the mobile view) to send the email to your teacher.
As stated previously, you must use the school email appropriately and responsibly at all times. If there is any evidence of misuse then you will have your access to email removed.
