Our weekly celebration of students’ excellence.
The Book of Excellence is a striking celebration of the school’s ethos. Created from our students’ design concepts, at its heart the book is building a permanent, ever-growing record of our students’ achievement and excellence throughout the school.
Each week a student from each year group is chosen from staff nominations, their success recorded in the book for everyone to see. The pages build up an archive of distinction through the year.
Alessia nominated by Miss Rule
Alessia is a polite and joyful student, who always has a smile on her face and says hello if she sees me. On duty she will have a small chat with me. She is mature and thoughtful, and has helped the school with events such as Most Improved Reader. She is also assisting with a video we are creating for the school. She is a great representation of what it means to be a student at The Radclyffe School.

Muhammad nominated by Mrs Manning
I would like to nominate Muhammad for the Book of Excellence for his consistent dedication to Textiles work. Well done!
Sauda nominated by Miss Begum
Sauda has been working incredibly hard in her Year 9 project and has demonstrated the ability to use a range of mediums in art incredibly well.

Alissia nominated by Mrs Glover
Alissia has shown excellent effort and work ethic within Citizenship. Her work is always PROUD and her responses to feedback have not only positively impacted the marks she is achieving but have shown true dedication and commitment to her learning.
Ayaaz nominated by Mrs Collins
I have had the pleasure of teaching Ayaaz since Year 9, and throughout this time he has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic in Science. Ayaaz has always put in a good level of effort; however, in recent months he has significantly increased his commitment in preparation for his GCSEs. He is a conscientious and motivated student who actively seeks to improve, consistently acting on feedback to develop his understanding. His dedication is evident in his attendance at morning revision sessions before school, showing real determination to succeed. Ayaaz is always punctual, polite, and respectful towards both staff and his peers. He consistently embodies the school’s 5 Respects and represents everything we value in a Radclyffe student.
