Dear Student/Parent,
As you are probably aware there has been a significant rise in the infection rate from COVID-19 across the Greater Manchester region and Oldham in particular. As a result the government has put in place greater restrictions to try and limit the spread.
Unfortunately, this means that we have had to reconsider our plans for students collecting their GCSE results in response to these new guidelines.
Instead of students coming into school to collect their results we will be sending these out via email directly to the student’s school email address.
As a result, we are asking all students to ensure they can access their school email account BEFORE results day, which is Thursday 20th August.
To access student email click here. To troubleshoot accessing student email, please click here.
We aim to send results out between 8am and 9am.
If the password to access the email account needs resetting the student will need to complete this form.
https://theradclyffeschool.co.uk/student-account-password-reset/
A member of IT Technical staff will then be in contact.
Please request this as soon as possible so that we can ensure access is available in time for the results release.
School and Positive Steps staff will still be available to support students after they have received their results to make sure they have all the help they need in accessing the next stage, be it college, apprenticeship etc.. further details on how to access this support will be sent out to students with their results.
Kind regards
Mr J Cregg
Headteacher
