Dear Parent / Carer,
As we approach the end of this academic year, I am writing to thank you all for all the support you have shown the school and our students in what has been a year like no other.
The following is information for the end of the summer term and the start of the new term in September 2021.
On Monday 12th July 2021 there will be a Non-Uniform Day, students do not need to wear their uniform for a small donation (£1.00) which will go to our nominated charity, this will be a local Children’s Mental Health Charity. Normal school rules will apply regarding banned items, including mobile phones, earphones, make up and jewellery.
School closes to all students on Friday 16th July 2021 for the summer break. Normal school rules and uniform apply. Students will be dismissed early from school, from 12.30 pm.
I would like to wish you all a very happy summer break and look forward to welcoming you back when school re opens.
School opens for our NEW Year 7 students only on Tuesday 7th September 2021 at 8.35am. Years 8 – 11 will be set remote learning to be done at home on this day.
On Wednesday 8th September 2021 school opens to ALL students with Year 7 arriving at 8.35 am and Years 8 – 11 at 11.20am.
If we receive any additional information from the Government regarding changes needed at the start of September due to possible COVID-19 testing we will contact you.
