We can’t wait to welcome you to The Radclyffe School at our Open Evening.
This is your chance to explore our fantastic facilities, meet our dedicated staff, and hear directly from our students about their experiences of life at our school.
What to expect
On arrival, you will receive a warm welcome at Reception. From there, you can explore the school at your own pace, or join one of our student-led guided tours to visit key departments and activity areas. Across the evening, visitors can:
- Observe medical practices from the Middle Ages
- Take part in quizzes or play giant Scrabble
- Savour the flavours of France
- Try hands-on science experiments
- Test your mathematical knowledge
- Explore the latest in digital technology
- Join in with a quick sports game
- Try out a musical instrument or create a piece of art
…and much more. This is just a snapshot of the activities on offer, giving you a real sense of the variety of experiences available across the school.
Our Achievement and Access team will also be on hand, with staff dedicated to each year group to ensure all students feel safe and supported. In addition, our SEND team and Learning Managers will be available to discuss how every student is helped to thrive. Staff from all subject areas will be present, providing insight into the full range of learning opportunities.
Our Achievements
Our most recent Ofsted inspection, carried out in February 2024, judged the school to be Good in all areas. Inspectors praised our ambition for all pupils and our determination to ensure that every child, including those with special educational needs, is well prepared for the future.
In June 2025, we were proud to join the Cranmer Education Trust, a forward-thinking and highly regarded family of schools. This new partnership brings exciting opportunities and additional support for our students and staff as we continue to raise aspirations and standards.
