Our Year 7 students enjoyed a brilliant day out at Linnet Clough this half term, as they continue to settle into life at The Radclyffe School.
Set among woodland and grassland, Linnet Clough is a Scout camp and activity centre offering a range of outdoor and team-building activities for young people.
There was plenty to keep our students busy throughout the day, with everyone getting stuck into activities including the climbing wall and football darts. Students also had the chance to explore the centre, try something new and take on a few challenges along the way.
The trip was a great chance to spend time with their PLGs and staff outside the classroom, while enjoying a change of scenery and a break from the usual school routine. For our Year 7s, it was also an opportunity to step outside their comfort zones, have a go at something different and make some great memories.
It was a fun-filled day with plenty of laughter, new experiences and challenges, and a great way to start their school journey.
