Dear student,
I hope this email finds you well and you are looking forward to a nice long summer following the completion of your GCSE exams.
As you have now completed all your GCSE exams, I would like to remind you that you need to return the school laptop that was loaned to you to assist you with your studies.
Laptops should be returned to school before Friday 8th July 2022.
You must return your laptop to Visitors’ Reception between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
In order to avoid being charged, please ensure that you return the laptop in good condition, together with the charger and the carry case it was provided with.
If you have a sibling currently in Year 7-Year 10 at The Radclyffe School that would still like to take over the laptop loaned to you at home for their studies then please let us know by emailing [email protected] and letting us know their name and rad number. The school will then check with parents/carers and the sibling that they are happy to keep the laptop.
Any laptops not returned or transferred to a sibling by Friday 8th July 2022 will result in an invoice for the full cost of the laptop, charger and carry case being issued to parents/carers. Access to the laptop will also be removed.
When you return your laptop to Visitors Reception you can also use this opportunity to collect any confiscated items that are still in the Main Office.
Finally, when dropping your laptop off it would also be a good opportunity to drop any of your uniform that is no longer needed, that is still in good condition, into school as part of our “Uniform Exchange”.
The school are asking for items of school uniform that you may have grown out of or no longer need. We are collecting blazers, shirts, trousers, skirts and PE kits.
All donated items will be cleaned and steamed by the school before being redistributed in the summer holidays.
Kind regards
Mr Hardy
