The In Year Access form is for the use of parents that would like their son or daughter to transfer from their current secondary school to The Radclyffe School.
All sections must be completed:
Section A by the parent / carer
Section B by the current secondary school
The form is not suitable for use as an application form for year 6 students transitioning to secondary education.
