Important IT information for all students, parents and carers
As part of The Radclyffe School’s transition to join the Cranmer Education Trust (CET), The School’s IT systems will be migrated over the summer break to integrate with the CET network.
All students’ work stored on H Drives, OneDrive, and school email accounts will be automatically transferred across to the new CET system.
To ensure a smooth transfer of files and emails, all students must sign out of their school Microsoft account on all devices—including mobile phones, iPads, personal laptops, and any other devices used at home or in school—by 1:00pm on Friday 18th July., otherwise issues may be experienced logging into the new account.
Signing Out/Deleting Accounts
To sign out of all devices, follow the instructions below.
Visit your Microsoft Account page by clicking the link below
https://myaccount.microsoft.com/
Then click on the “Sign out everywhere” option in the lefthand white panel.
Finally, confirm the Sign Out request by clicking “OK” on the “Sign Out Everywhere” pop up.

Please note that it can take up to an hour to sign out of all accounts on all devices.
Once signed out you must then delete any accounts from within the apps you use. Due to the wide range of apps that can be used by students we are unable to provide step by step guides for doing this, but it would normally be available under Settings (or a cog symbol), then either "Remove Account" or "Delete Account".
Signing In
Following the successful completion of the migration of files and emails, which is anticipated to occur by the 22nd July, a pop up message will be posted on the school website (theradclyffeschool.co.uk) informing students and staff about whether they will be able to sign back into their accounts. Please keep an eye on the school website for confirmation of when it will be ok to sign back in.
In order to sign into new accounts on the Cranmer network students will have to use their new password, which they should have set in school between the 7th – 18th July. Usernames/Email addresses will remain the same as they were previously. E.g. Rad12345/[email protected]. If a student has not set their password or cannot remember it they will have to wait until they return to school on the 2nd September to reset it and gain access.
