Tips to help you relax and take a break!
It’s really important to allow time for relaxation and rest. Relaxation is important for preventing stress levels from getting too high; this is a particular concern in our fast paced lifestyles, especially whilst studying. The more you practice relaxation, the easier it will become, and it will then be easier to apply during times of high stress.
