If your child receives a positive Covid-19 test result over the half-term break you should inform the school as soon as possible.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
Students name and date of birth
Date they were last in school
Date they started displaying symptoms
Date the test was taken
Date the results were received
The names of any students from The Radclyffe School who your child has been in contact with outside of lessons during their infectious period (48 hours before they started showing any symptoms)
Please also send us a screenshot of the text message received, or forward on the email, from NHS Test and Trace which confirmed the positive test result.
This will allow staff in school to carry out contact tracing and inform other students who have come into close contact during their infectious period of the need to self-isolate.
